The Performance Program allows injured athletes to utilize a performance approach during recovery. The app-based program is built by a physician using the latest sports psychology principles to improve mental skills and create better mental wellness through injury.

Another vital component of athlete well-being during injury recovery are Daily Check-Ins. These check-ins provide valuable information about your physical and emotional recovery and create improved self-awareness as you progress through the Program.

Training Task Notifications
Injured athletes can and should maintain good training habits through injury recovery. Using the Performance Program athletes restore their lost motivation, consistency, and confidence. Training Tasks are those things you can do daily that keep you on track. They also create small wins that propel you forward. We call these Progress Goals. Notification can be enabled to keep you motivated and on task even if you are currently away from your sport.
Connect With Other Athletes
One of the biggest struggles of injured athletes is feeling alone through their recovery. The Headformance Training Room Community of Athletes puts you back with a team. The Community is a place to share experiences only athletes understand. It is not hosted on social media, so you will find and share true connections with other athletes.

- The app-based coaching program is a great place to start for many injured athletes. This Program is self-driven. By utilizing the Performance Program daily, you will feel more in control of your recovery, find improved mental wellness, and learn the skills that will allow you to return to greater performance levels.
Group/Team Coaching
- This is for those athletes looking for more support and wanting to take their recovery to the next level. Headformance group coaching is your injury “team.” Weekly coaching calls with your team allow for education, motivation, and social connection with those who share a commitment to a performance-based recovery.
Private Coaching
- Are you an athlete who wants to find the next level of performance through injury recovery? This program focuses not only on returning to performance but also on mental wellness and personal growth. Individual coaching is for those athletes willing to put in the work.
